The Chobe Region encompasses multiple gems, including the Chobe National Park and the Selinda Spillway that connects to the Savuti and Linyanti regions. It is also a gateway to the magnificent Victoria Falls, known locally as Mosi-oa-Tunya. Each of these pristine wilderness areas is famous for its game viewing. Savuti is the home of a mega pride of marsh lions that are known to hunt elephants and battle against competing hyena packs. The Dry Season

April to October
This is the dry season in the region and a great time for safari, as the vegetation is thinner, making wildlife easier to spot. However, October is by far the hottest month, particularly in the Chobe Region. April to July is also the best time to visit Victoria Falls, also known as Mosi-oa-Tunya.

The Green Season

November to March
This is the rainy season and this time of the year is great for spotting birdlife, as well as for witnessing baby animals and dramatic predator activity.
