Best Time To Visit Zimbabwe 2026-2027
The Dry Season
May to October
This is an exceptional time to spot wildlife on safari; vegetation is low and wildlife congregate around limited water sources, the perfect conditions for game viewing. This is also a great time to see the mighty Victoria Falls; the waters are at their highest in April and May with the best months for visibility being between June and August. As temperatures rise through the season the rains tend to break in the latter half of November.
The Green Season
November to April
With the rains falling regularly by December the Green Season well and truly begins, with beautiful thick bush, a plethora of migratory bird species, and a highly private safari experience.
